Important policies, procedures, and guidelines for our enrolled families.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Drop-off begins at 6:00 AM. All children must be signed in and out daily by an authorized adult. Late pickup fees apply after 6:00 PM.
Illness Policy
Children must be symptom-free for 24 hours before returning to care. We will contact parents immediately if a child shows signs of illness during the day.
Medication Policy
All medications must be in the original container with a prescription label and accompanied by a signed medication authorization form.
Holidays & Closures
We observe major federal holidays. A full calendar of closures is provided at enrollment and updated annually.
Tuition & Payments
Tuition is due weekly on Mondays. We accept cash, check, and electronic payments. Late payment fees apply after the grace period.
Communication
We use daily reports, monthly newsletters, and parent-teacher conferences to keep you informed about your child's progress.
